PURPOSE: To mixt a primary liquid fuel and a secondary liquid fuel uniformly by an electrostatical pulverizing and dispersing of the secondary liquid fuel being supplied with an air flow.

CONSTITUTION: A secondary liquid fuel supplied in an air flow is electrostatically pulverized and dispersed, when a high voltage impressed between a thin tubular electrode 2 and an opposite disposed annular electrode 4 under a supply of the secondary liquid fuel from a central supplying passage 3 of a tubular electrode 2. The secondary liquid fuel is changed into an electrified fine drop owing to a self disruption and dispersion, further, an uniform disruption is advanced and dispersion evaporation is carried out during the electrified fine drop is passed through a connecting pipe 5 of insulation material with an air flow. In this manner, the secondary liquid fuel supplied to an evaporator 7 with the air flow, becomes a pair of drops being electrostatically connected with the primary liquid fuel particle being supplied in a spray state in the evaporator 7, since it is changed into the electrified fine drops, simultaneously, these dispersion equalizing is promoted, and being supplied to an engine and the like as a uniformly mixed fuel, and resulting in an effective combustion promotion.
