SOLUTION: A boiling water discharge port is provided on the upper side of one end of a laterally long plug body, one hot water/water mixing lever 4 for regulating the discharge quantity by vertical movement is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the other end of the plug body so as to discharge water when it is rotated to one side and increase the mixed hot water temperature when rotated to the other side. A hot water and water mixing mechanism 10 for carrying the water supplied from a water feed pipe 5 through a water injection chamber 6 with the foiling water supplied from a hot water feed pipe 7 through a hot water injection chamber 8 in parallel to each other and mixing them within a ceramic cut-off-cum-hot water/water mixing part 9 is provided on the lower side of the hot water/water mixing lever 4 so that the normal pressure boiling water on hot water side is introduced into the hot water injection chamber 8 through a hot water guide nozzle 11 by the hydraulic pressure on water side.
