PURPOSE: To promote mixture and shorten a mixture distance by disposing the inside structure for dividing a branch flow inside a branch pipe from the vicinity of a confluent inlet of a branch pipe connected to a confluent part toward upstream of the branch pipe in confluent piping for bringing high temperature water and low temperature water into contact with each other and mixing them.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where high temperature water fluid A (hot water) is merged with low temperature water fluid B (cold water) to produce mixture fluid C, a branch pipe 2 is welded in connection to a main pipe 1 for a main flow, thus providing mixture flow piping. The inside structure 3 for dividing branch flows is disposed from a confluent inlet of the branch pipe 2 toward upstream of the branch pipe. Provision of the inside structure 3 allows the fluid B flowing from the branch flow to be divided. When the divided fluid B flows into a confluent point the main flow A flows into therebetween. The contact area between the fluids A, B is increased and disturbance is enlarged, thereby promoting the mixture. In order to securely divide the branch fluid B at the time of the confluence, the inside structure 3 is disposed horizontally with respect to the flow of the fluid A, and it is necessary that a length of the inside structure 3 in the axial direction should be made 1/3 or more of a diameter of the branch pipe 2.
