Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a transfusion vessel Which is erectable and foldable, has small number of components and no leakage at a port part by fusion-bonding one of a plug sheet to an intermediate part of a body sheet and the other to an end of the sheet corresponding to a bottom, and fusion-bonding residual open end of the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: One 3 of plug sheets 2, 3 is so interposed to be held between body sheets 1 made of two sheets 11, 12 of the same size as that of thermoplastic resin that a plug 32 is disposed outside, the sheet 3 is fusion-bonded to an intermediate part of the sheet 1 to form an upper part 16 of a vessel. Then, the sheet 2 is so interposed to be held between the sheets that a plug 22 is disposed outside, the sheet 2 is fusion-bonded to an end of the sheet 1 corresponding to a bottom to form a bottom 13 of the vessel. Then, the bottom 13 of the vessel is fusion-bonded to one side of the open end adjacent to the part 16 to form one edge 14 of the vessel. Thus, an erectable and foldable transfusion vessel is formed.
