Title:
Mn-Zn-BASED FERRITE, MAGNETIC CORE FOR TRANSFORMER AND TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3889354
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Mn-Zn-based ferrite which is excellent in a DC superimposing property as a magnetic core used for a transformer for transmission and the like at a wide temperature zone and whose magnetic permeability is high, the magnetic core used for the transformer and the transformer.
SOLUTION: The main components of the Mn-Zn-based ferrite are iron oxide of 51-54 mol% in terms of Fe2O3, zinc oxide of 14-21 mol% in terms of ZnO and the remainder of manganese oxide. The content of cobalt oxide in terms of CoO denoted as α ppm to the main components of 100 wt.% satisfies the expression : Y1≤α≤Y2 (1), wherein Y1=(-0.13B2+1.5B-15.6A+850)/(0.0003B+0.0098)-233 (2); Y2=(-0.40B2+4.6B-46.7A+2,546)/(0.0003B+0.0098)+1,074 (3); CoO>0 ppm; A=Fe2O3 (mol%) and B=ZnO (mol%) in Y1 and Y2.
