Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MnZn ferrite core capable of obtaining high initial relative permeability (high impedance) from a low frequency region of 1 kHz to a frequency region of 200 kHz even in the case of a large sized core having an effective cross-sectional area of 90 mmor more.SOLUTION: The MnZn ferrite core is composed of a basic component composition of FeO: 52 to 53 mol%, ZnO: more than 20 mol% and less than 23 mol%, and the rest being MnO, and inevitable impurities, wherein carbon content in the inevitable impurities is suppressed to 0.0050 mass% or less.
