Title:
MnZnNiCo系フェライトおよびその製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6964555
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To propose a MnZnNiCo-based ferrite material that has a small absolute value of iron loss in a wide temperature range of 0 to 100°C when driving at high frequency more than or equal to 300 kHz while maintaining high saturation magnetic flux density until transformer operation temperature (approximately 80°C), in order to downsize the power supply of electronic component and increase the performance thereof.SOLUTION: A MnZnNiCo-based ferrite material comprises FeO, ZnO, NiO, CoO and manganese oxide as fundamental components and SiO, CaO and NbOof predefined amounts with respect to the fundamental components, as accessory components. In addition, an amount of Cl, Sr and Ba each is suppressed to less than or equal to a predefined amount with respect to the fundamental components, and a sintering density of the MnZnNiCo-based ferrite material is defined in the range of 4.65 to 4.85 Mg/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
