The mobile body detection device comprises a magnetic sensing element 1 and a permanent magnet 2 for imparting the magnetic field on the same, a substrate 3 mounted with electronic components, and a holder 10 which is insert formed with resin so as to be provided with terminals 30 for lead out an output signal corresponding to the magnetic sensing element as well as holding the magnetic sensing element 1, the permanent magnet 2, and the substrate 3, and a resin case 20 engaged with the holder 10 while storing a part of the holder, and storing the magnetic sensing element 1, the permanent magnet 2 and the substrate 3. The case 20 is provided with a space V in the engaged condition with the holder 10 so that the curved and inflectional wavy part 31 may be formed in the region of the terminal 30 covered with the holder 10.
