The inverted wheel type mobile body comprises a riding seat 11 having a flip-up seat 11a, an undercarriage 12 arranged on the lower side of the riding seat 11, a right driving wheel 18 and a left driving wheel 20 rotatably mounted on the undercarriage 12, a lightweight frame 10a provided to support the riding seat 11, and a heavy frame 10b having the weight per unit length heavier than that of the lightweight frame 10a. At least a part of the heavy frame 10b is arranged on a side before an axle C1.
