To provide a mobile communication control method and the like with which current location information of a transmission source mobile terminal and an IP address of a location information management server can be prevented from being leaked while preventing a communication path from becoming redundant.
A mobile communication control method includes the steps of: at a transmission source router device AR2, translating a first address of a destination mobile communication terminal 2 contained in a packet as a destination address into a second address of the destination mobile communication terminal 2 stored in association with the first address of the mobile destination communication terminal 2; and at a destination router device AR3, translating the second address of the destination mobile communication terminal 2 contained in the packet as a destination address into the first address of the destination mobile communication terminal stored in association with the second address of the destination mobile communication terminal 2.
