PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adverse effect on surrounding electronic devices or the like by limiting a communication operation as required.
SOLUTION: In the case of receiving 1st power supply interrupt information with a very weak electric field strength that is sent by a power supply interrupt station 103 placed at an optional position within a communication available range, a mobile communication terminal 102 stops the communication. Furthermore, in the case of receiving 1st power supply interrupt information with a very weak electric field strength that is sent by a power supply interrupt station 103 placed at an optional position within a communication available range, the mobile communication terminal 102 informs of stopping the communication operation by a notice means (alarm tone or light or the like). Moreover, in the case of receiving 2nd power supply interrupt information with a very weak electric field strength that is sent by the power supply interrupt station 103 placed at an optional position within a communication available range, the mobile communication terminal 102 informs of urging stop of the communication by the notice means, and in the case of receiving the 1st power supply interruption information whose electric field strength is weaker than that of the 2nd power supply interruption information sent by the power supply interruption station 103, the mobile communication terminal 102 stops the communication.
