Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the repeating distance of the same frequency.
SOLUTION: One frame is divided into three slots A, B and C, for example, and these slots are synchronized at respective base station to use the same channel. The priority of slots to be used for a cell 10 is set as B, C and A and the priority of slots to be used for a cell 17 is made mutually different as C, A and B. Then, corresponding to the slot of highest priority among idle slots at that time, at the base station of each cell, a packet is transmitted synchronously with this slot.
