The mobile communication method comprises: a step in which a home base station HeNB notifies an adjacent wireless base station eNB of PCI #1, PCI #2 and a cell identity #A used for cells #1 and #2 which are covered by the home base station HeNB; a step in which the wireless base station eNB manages the notified PCI #1, PCI #2 and cell identity #A, associating them with each other; and a step in which the wireless base station eNB starts, on the basis of a measurement report received from a mobile station UE, processing of handover to the cell #1 which is covered by the home base station HeNB and is identified by the cell identity #A corresponding to the PCI #2 included in the measurement report.
