PURPOSE: To make the storage capacity of subscriber numbers small by offering the service during roaming through the use of subscriber data in a visitor location register of a mobile communication network being a roaming destination.
CONSTITUTION: When roaming takes place, a home location register 3 of a roaming subscriber transfers subscriber data to a visitor location register 5 of a roaming destination mobile communication network as shown in dotted lines C and the service is offered by using the subscriber data on the visitor location register 5 of the roaming destination mobile communication network during the roaming. Furthermore, when a subscriber applies roaming again to other mobile communication network or the subscriber returns to the network to which it is accommodated, the subscriber data stored in the visitor location register of the old roaming network are deleted.
