Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, a gateway device and a communication control method that can accurately notify a core network of a congestion status in a radio section even when a protocol for a control plane is used between gateway devices.SOLUTION: An SGW 100 sets a GTP-U tunnel, acquires a Congestion Level of an eNB 30 via the GTP-U tunnel, includes information indicating the Congestion Level in a tunnel header of a GRE tunnel on the basis of the acquired Congestion Level, sets the GRE tunnel, and sends the tunnel header including the Congestion Level to a PGW 200. The PGW 200 notifies a PCRF 50 of the Congestion Level on the basis of the Congestion Level included in the tunnel header received via the GRE tunnel.
