To inform a user of a rough communication charge by informing the user about it when the communication charge reaches a limit speech charge.

The mobile communication system is provided with base stations 1 each making communication between subscriber terminal stations and connected to a mobile communication exchange 2. Each subscriber station terminal is provided with a limit charge management table storing a set limit speech charge and a charge processing unit 4 that integrates each speech charge of the subscriber station terminals. When any speech charge of the subscriber station terminal integrated by the charge processing unit 4 reaches the limit speech charge of a corresponding subscriber station terminal stored in the limit charge management table, the charge processing unit 4 inform the subscriber station terminal about it.
