When the CPU 203 determines that the GPS reception unit 201 has not received the time information from a GPS, the CPU 203 adopts the time information of the clock unit 202. When the GPS reception unit 201 has received the time information from the GPS, and if the clock unit 202 normally operates, the CPU 203 adopts the time information of the clock unit 202, but if the clock unit 202 has abnormality, the CPU 203 adopts the time information of the GPS reception unit 201. When the start time indicated by the command information comes, the CPU 203 outputs a control signal to a control unit 205 on the basis of operation content indicated by the command information. The control unit 205 operates an acoustic system PAS on the basis of the control signal.
