Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of frequency use at the channel selected less often.
SOLUTION: Each base station is provided with a common ranking for selection as the order for retrieving idle channels and priority to be originally set by each base station. The priority is successively changed corresponding to the use frequency of each channel. In the range where reuse partition is effective, a channel selecting circuit 26 selects an idle channel according to the ranking of selection, but outside that range, an idle channel is selected according to the priority. Thus, the group of channels ranking comparatively low for selection is selected according to the priority and the difference of use frequency is applied to these channels as well. As a result, the channels of high priority are separately provided between adjacent base stations and frequency use efficiency can be improved.
