Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a call back to surely arrive at the mobile telephone terminal of a caller, when the call back is made to the caller after the caller makes communication by calling out a specific telephone number of an emergency addressee, etc. SOLUTION: A portable telephone 10, in which a service such as the automatic answering service, incoming call transfer service, etc., can be registered, is connected to a reception base 14 via a base station 11, a mobile telephone exchange 12, and a fixed-network exchange 13. When the user of the portable telephone 10 calls a specific telephone number of a police station, firehouse, etc., and terminates the communication with the police station, firehouse, etc., and the mobile telephone exchange 12 detects the termination of the communication or the state change of the mobile telephone terminal from a call state to a power supply turned-off state, the exchange12 rewrites the service registered in the telephone 10 that makes emergency call to an unregistered state for a fixed period of time only. After terminating the communication, the call back from the reception base 14 is connected to the portable telephone 10, without being connected to the registered service, such as automatic answering service, incoming call transfer service, etc.
