PURPOSE: To provide various kinds of mobile communication systems capable of selecting various kinds of systems corresponding to the priority of a user.
CONSTITUTION: A mobile machine and a radio base station are provided with the communication means of TDMA, CDMA and FDMA, respectively. A CDMA communication part is provided with channel encoders(CH encoders) 191-193, 420 which apply primary modulation to a transmission signal, spreading code generators (SS encoders) 111-113, 421 which generate different spreading codes. respectively, a clock generator/controller 425 which controls the generation of the spreading code by controlling the generation of a chip clock, oscillators 403, 406, 409 and 422 which set different carrier frequencies on integrated and calculated output, and a central control part 445 which controls the allocation of a CDMA signal or TDMA signal to an arbitrary time slot sent from a TDMA communication part by controlling every kind of constitution by applying general control, and transmits by mixing signals of different access systems to each time slot in the same frame.
