To provide a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communicating method capable of performing a good communication even in the case that network communication environments differ and a problem exists in the detection of a drift speed.
The mobile communication terminal 100 has a speed detector 112 which detects its drift speed, and an information acquisition portion of network connection point 114 which acquires a network connection point information for specifying the network which the mobile communication terminal 100 connects. The mobile communication terminal 100 searches a connection information data base 116 from the network of the connection point and the drift speed at the time of connecting, and sets the corresponding connection information as a communication parameter. Thereby, good communications become possible, even if the network changes or the drift speed is changed. In utilizing a transportation, it distinguishes its route, and it is also effective to establish the communication parameter.
