A TDMA control section 30 of the mobile correction circuit terminal adopting the TDMA system is provided with a high frequency oscillator 20 that generates a high frequency clock and with a low frequency oscillator 25 that generates a low frequency clock so as to configure a circuit (ST circuit) 30B operated by the high frequency clock and a circuit (RTC circuit) 30A operated by the low frequency clock in a switching enabled way, and the TDMA control section is immediately switched even from a standby mode into an active mode by an interruption signal INT from a man-machine interface 90.
