To provide a mobile communication terminal enabling the input of a handwritten character by a finger through a touch panel during communication in a state where the mobile communication terminal is held at the face.
A mobile communication terminal capable of voice communication includes: a touch sensor, disposed on a first surface 11 of a case, for detecting an input by a contact; a receiver 16, disposed on a second surface 17 positioned opposite to the first surface 11, for outputting voice during communication; a microphone 14, disposed on the second surface 17, for inputting voice during communication; and an approach sensor 15, disposed on the second surface 17, for detecting the approach of an object. The touch sensor has a configuration for accepting the input of a handwritten character, during the voice communication and the detection of an object approach by the approach sensor 15.
