This mobile crane is comprised of a mast angle detector 51 detecting the derricking angle of a mast, a mast angle display unit 53 displaying the angle detected by this mast angle detector 51, a mast derricking motion stopping part 55 being installed in a winch mechanism and regulating the derricking motion of a luffing jib, a mast derricking motion warning part 54 warning this luffing derricking motion, and a mast angle judging control part 52, receiving a signal out of the mast angle detector and outputting a signal to the mast derricking motion stopping part 55 or the mast derricking motion warning part 54 at a time when a mast angle has reached the regulated value, respectively.
