To provide a commodity sales data processing apparatus which allows a customer to recognize that a privilege has been offered by a manufacturer, an information processing apparatus, and a privilege management server, and a program.SOLUTION: In an electronic receipt management server, a control unit includes: electronic receipt information input means for inputting electronic receipt information generated on the basis of commodity information transacted by a commodity sales data processing apparatus; electronic receipt generation means which generates an electronic receipt on the basis of the input electronic receipt information; electronic receipt output means which outputs the generated electronic receipt to a device designated by a recipient which receives the electronic receipt; and a storage unit which stores commodity information on a commodity for which a first privilege is offered with a fund prepared by the manufacturer. When the commodity information stored in the storage unit is included in the input electronic receipt information, the electronic receipt generation means generates an electronic receipt including information for displaying, on a device, a button to be operated by an operator of the device for offering the first privilege.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
