A transmission mechanism is provided for selectively transmitting the rotation of a motor 4 either to an opening/closing mechanism or to a vibration generating mechanism, a movable side casing 1 is opened/closed by the opening/closing mechanism, and the vibration is generate by rotating a weight 7 for vibration generation through the vibration generating mechanism. The transmission mechanism is composed of: a first rotation transmitting mechanism for transmitting the rotation to the opening/closing mechanism when the motor 4 is rotated in a first direction and to be idly rotated when the motor 4 is rotated in a second direction; a second rotation transmitting mechanism for transmitting the rotation to the opening/closing mechanism or to the vibration generating mechanism when the motor 4 is rotated in the second direction and to be idly rotated when the motor 4 is rotated in the second direction; and a switching mechanism for selectively transmitting the rotation to the opening/closing mechanism or to the vibration generating mechanism when the motor 4 is rotated in the second direction.
