To obtain a mobile lubricating oil regenerating equipment enabling a vehicle to be capable of simply receiving a regeneration and exchange service of a lubricating oil at a parking spot and suppressing consumption of a new lubricating oil and reducing amount of a treating waste oil.

This equipment installs an oil scrubber 6 separating and removing sludge from a lubricating oil drained from an oil tank 3a of an engine of a vehicle by an oil draining means 2, a settling tank 8 separating and removing sediment from the cleaning treated lubricating oil, a new oil tank 10 reserving a new lubricating oil to replenish to the treated lubricating oil after separation and removal of the sediment, and an oil returning means 12 to return the treated lubricating oil replenished with a new lubricating oil to the oil tank 3a of the engine of the vehicle, on a carrier vehicle.
