Title:
MOBILE MAGNET GALVANOMETER AND HIGH-FREQUENCY OPTICAL SCANNER TORQUE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3199813
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a rotor which can be accelerated quickly and has a small diameter and inertia by providing a cylindrical magnetic rotor and two coil sections so that a symmetrical surface can be formed through the shaft of the rotor between both coils and the leg sections of the coils can be extended to the symmetrical surface from the point corresponding to the radial surface of a bobbin, and then, the magnetic poles of the rotor can be matched to the surface at the center of movement of a galvanometer.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 51 surrounds a rotor 100 and incorporates a bobbin 50 having two winding cavity sections 71 controlled by the external winding surface 54 and axial surface 65 of the bobbin 50. Each winding 31 forms a coil section 75 on the bobbin 50. Coils are respectively wound on the winding sections 67 of the bobbin 50. The coil sections 75 are symmetrically provided around a main symmetrical surface 73. When an electric current flows to the coils on the bobbin 50 and interacts with the magnetic field of the rotor 100, a magnetic field which gives a torque to the rotor 1 is generated. A mobile magnet galvanometer can be constituted in the rotor 100 which contains a large amount of magnetic material in the thin sleeve, is constituted solidly, and has a small diameter.
