The memory 11 records a call endlessly during a call at all times, and when there is voice (call contents) desirably to be left as recording, operating the key 71 stops endless recording by the memory 11 to allow the memory 12 to start endless recording. After the end of call, the data left in the memory 11 is reproduced by operating a key 72 to allow a user to confirm contents of the recorded voice.
