Abstract:
To solve a problem of a conventional mobile phone that causes charging of a communication cost on the mobile phone every time an application program is executed and takes a long time until execution of the application program is finished.
The mobile phone is provided with a download section 11 that downloads an application program from an optional site, a memory 12 that stores the application program downloaded by the download section 11, and a program start section 14 that starts the application program stored in the memory 12 when detecting the operation of an exclusive program start key 5.
