A mobile phone with a loudspeaking function is provided with a loudspeaking mode in addition to a waiting mode and a speech communication mode, and has a transmission amplifier for amplifying a speaker voice signal to be outputted when the receiver is operated as a microphone, and a signal path switching part for disconnecting a reception signal path for connecting a voice converting part and a reception amplifier and a transmission signal path for connecting a first transmission amplifier and the voice converting part in the waiting mode and the speech communication mode, disconnecting a calling signal path for making an input to a speaker amplifier, combining speaker voice signals outputted by the first and second transmission amplifiers to connect the combined signal to the speaker amplifier and connecting the speaker voice signals from the first and second transmission amplifiers, outputted by the speaker amplifier, to the speaker or an earphone jack by a user's request.
