Furthermore, the fault detection circuit 15 always checks an output signal of a temperature sensor 16 and outputs an interruption signal to the CPU 1 when the output signal exceeds a prescribed value and outputs data denoting an internal temperature fault to the bus line 17. The CPU 1 receives the interruption signal, instructs production of a predetermined alarm tone to the voice processing section 8 and deactivates a power supply after a short time.
