Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a 1:N communication time in mobile radio communication from being increased by selecting a cell of an inquiry destination in response to a distribution state of plural mobile terminal equipments of a communication opposite party, its number and distribution density.
SOLUTION: An exchange station 109 identifies a kind of an inquiry frame of a mobile station 111 in the processing 206 and selects a minimum cell to cover a distribution area based on a geographic distribution state of the inquiry destination in the processing 207 and sets the number of a base station 202 and an exchange station 201 of the cell to the inquiry frame and sends the resulting frame to the exchange station 201. The exchange station 201 checks the base station number of the inquiry frame and sends the inquiry frame to the base station 202. The base station 202 sends the received inquiry frame to a destination mobile terminal equipment 203 as it is. The mobile terminal equipment 203 confirms the frame and replies the frame. The exchange station 109 collects replies and sends the result to an inquiry terminal equipment 111 via the base station 118.
