To provide a mobile router capable of reducing network loads in a relay node in tunneling between the mobile router and a home agent in Mobile IPv6.

The mobile router comprises a movement registrator for including multiplex information required for reducing an information amount when multiplexing packets with the home agent inside a position registration message, and for transmitting it when newly connected with an external network by movement; a multiplexing processor 120 for grouping the packets whose destination is a corresponding node and which are received from a mobile network node on the basis of a prescribed reference, and for transmitting a multiplexed packet for which the packets classified into the same group are multiplexed into one packet by using the multiplex information into a tunnel; and a demultiplexing processor 130 for demultiplexing the multiplexed packet received from the corresponding node through the tunnel into the packets, whose destination is an individual mobile network node by using the multiplex information and transmitting them.
