To attain production of high grade improved soil and secure purification of polluted soil by securely controlling the mixing ratio of an additive such as a soil improving agent or a purifying agent for polluted substances and uniformly mixing substances in a macroscopic viewpoint.
The mobile soil improving or polluted soil purifying device is provided with a mixer mixing soil to be treated and the additives fed in sequence, and a load cell measuring the weight of the soil fed in the mixer. A processing section calculating an adding volume of the additive on the basis of the weight of the soil to be treated measured by the load cell and a controlling section supplying the additive calculated in the processing section into the mixer are provided while weighing it to control the mixing ratio of the materials fed in the mixer at every batch.
