Abstract:

To enable efficient control of transmission of an uplink signal.

A mobile station device has: a power headroom generation unit for generating a first type report as a power headroom for transmission of a PUSCH only, and a second type report as a power headroom for simultaneous transmission of the PUSCH and a PUCCH; and a power headroom control unit for determining to start power headroom report processing when variation in a first path loss having been used for transmission power control of the PUSCH is larger than a dl-PathlossChange value in the case that the simultaneous transmission of the PUSCH and PUCCH is not configured, and determining to start the power headroom report processing when variation in the first path loss or variation in a second path loss having been used for transmission power control of the PUCCH is larger than the dl-PathlossChange value in the case that the simultaneous transmission of the PUSCH and PUCCH is configured.
