Abstract:
To provide a method of repeatedly transmitting "Measurement Report" like an "Event Triggered Periodical Reporting" system by efficiently using radio resources.
A mobile station UE is configured so that when a second measurement report including radio quality of a second cell begins to be transmitted after a first measurement report including radio quality of a first cell begins to be transmitted, repetitive transmission of the first measurement report and repetitive transmission of the second measurement report may be performed in the same timing.
