Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate heating of the degree of body sensing by a charge control circuit of a mobile telephone device via a housing even when an illuminating circuit or a radio section is operated at a connecting time of the telephone device to an AC adapter for charging.
SOLUTION: The mobile telephone device 100 comprises the radio section 302, the illuminating circuit 310 for illuminating a display unit and an operation unit, the charge control circuit 312 for controlling charging of a battery 311, and an external connecting terminal 102. In this case, the AC adapter 150 having a DC output control circuit 151 and an AC/DC converter 401 is connected to the terminal 102. A controller 101 outputs a switching signal 101a when the circuit 310 is set to a normally lighting or the radio section 302 is set to a transmitting state, controls the adapter 150 so that an output voltage of the converter 401 is lowered, reduces a current of the control circuit 312 and suppresses the heating.
