PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a retriever to manage the battery alarm information of a mobile telephone terminal and recognize a battery consumption degree at any time by connecting the telephone terminal to a telephone line, making communication with a specified mobile telephone terminal through the telephone line at the time of being requested and obtaining the battery residual amount information from a mobile telephone.
SOLUTION: The retriever at the house 101 of a helper requests a position information center 106 to retrieve the position from a PC 102 for position information retrieval through a modem 103. The position information center 106 requests a position server 107 to retrieve of the position information of the PS 104 of a person to be retrieved. The position information server 107 informs the position information center 106 of the position information and it is transferred through the modem 103 to the PC 102 for the position information retrieval. In the informing of the battery residual amount information, the information of whether or not a battery is consumed is transmitted from the PS 104 through a PHS base station 105, the position information server 107, the position information center 106 and the modem 103 to the PC 102 for the position information retrieval instead of the position information.
