To provide a mobile communication terminal for receiving distribution of contents by means of separate delivery wherein reproduction of the contents by a person other than a person of having acquired a rights object is prevented.
When receiving distribution of the rights object and storing the object, the mobile terminal stores the right object in cross-reference with user information in an inserted SIM card. It is judged whether or not the rights object corresponding to the contents exists (S11) when a reproduction instruction of the contents is received; when exists, the user information read from the inserted SIM card at present is compared with the user information in cross-reference with the rights object(S12, S13); and only when they are coincident with each other, the contents are reproduced (S14). Thus, the mobile terminal prevents reproduction of the contents by users other than the user having received the distribution of the rights object.
