To distribute information to a larger number of mobile terminals even in the case that the mobile terminals are present densely during the congestion of vehicles or the like while suppressing the increase of communication traffic as far as possible.
Distribution information from a base station or other relay terminals and additional information including the number of hops equivalent to the number of the relay terminals are received by a reception part 100 and stored in a storage part 106. When the distribution information is received and the received information and information received and stored earlier in the storage part 106 are identical, a control part 103 compares the hops of both and replaces the number of the hops in the storage part 106 with the number of the hops in the received information in the case that the number of the hops in the received information is smaller than the number of the hops in the information stored in the storage part 106. Under the control of the control part 103, a transmission part 100 transmits the information stored in the storage part 106 as the distribution information in entering an area where communication with another mobile terminal is possible.
