Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose whether a defect of the mobile terminal is caused by the mobile terminal itself or a defect in a network.
SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is provided with a plurality of recording areas capable of recording data of a prescribed operation monitor repetitively for a prescribed time and with a frequency counter that counts prescribed data, and the mobile terminal diagnoses whether a defect is caused by a defect in the mobile terminal or a defect in a network on the basis of data of the operation monitor recorded in the recording area and data of the frequency counter on the occurrence of a preset frozen condition.
