To provide a mobile terminal viewing-listening system for use in electrical household appliance stores that enables performance of demonstration by mobile terminals for use in such stores, an increase in the freedom of mobile terminal arrangement, simplification of wiring and a reduction in installation space.

A system 1 comprises an outdoor-installed VHF antenna 2 for receiving digital signal waves of multimedia broadcasts, an amplifier 3 connected to the antenna to amplify a digital wave W1 and output an amplified digital wave W2, and a distributor 4 connected to the amplifier 3 to distribute the amplified digital wave W2 to a leaky cable 6 as a distributed digital wave W3. The leaky cable 6 is so arranged as to be able, when the distributed digital wave W3 is transmitted from the leaky cable 6 as an indoor digital wave W4, to receive this wave in the whole area within the electrical household appliance store served by the system, and the indoor digital wave W4 is received by a mobile terminal 7 to enable multimedia broadcasts to be viewed and listened to in the store.
