To provide a configuration that properly reduces an increased drive current even when a drive current flowing in a DC motor is changed into an overcurrent state in a mobile terminal including a vibrator.
A mobile terminal 1 includes a vibrator 44 and a drive circuit 80 for driving the vibrator 44. The drive circuit 80 includes a power supply V1 for supplying a drive current to a DC motor 50 and a semiconductor switch SW for switching ON/OFF the drive current. The drive circuit 80 is further provided with a current suppressing means that functions so as to reduce an increased drive current by changing an inter-terminal voltage state of the DC motor 50 from a normal-voltage state to a suppressed-voltage state when the drive current flowing in the DC motor 50 is changed from a normal state to an overcurrent state.
