Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency and the reliability of the fillet welding work.
SOLUTION: A traveling roller 23 and a traveling driving roller 34 which are capable of traveling with holding a T-shaped frame 14 are mounted on a first base plate 21, the traveling driving roller 34 is rotated, copying rollers 27, 25, 49 which are rolled on each supporting surface of the T-shaped frame 14 to perform the copying-traveling of the first base plate 1 are fitted, and a first welding torch 59 to perform the bottom fillet welding of the T-shaped frame 14 is mounted on the first base plate 1 through a second base plate 44.
