By means of a location registration signal transmitted from a mobile wireless telephone apparatus to a wireless base station by connecting to a communication network different from a mobile telephone line network via the wireless base station, an individual information request signal in a data accumulation device connected to the communication network is sent to the communication network together with area identification information, and individual information sent from the data accumulation device through the base station to the mobile wireless telephone apparatus is displayed on a display of the mobile wireless telephone apparatus.
