To obtain the subject medicine having excellent hair-growing activities, capable of manifesting activities such as prevention of depilation and promotion of hair-growth, and useful as a hair tonic or a hair-growing agent by including cepharanthine, minoxidil, reticulin, an extract of Phellodendron amurense or the like as an active ingredient.
This medicine contains one or more kinds selected from a dialkyl-monoamine derivative such as dipropylamine, cepharanthine, nicotinamide, pantothenyl ethyl ether, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pentadecanoic acid glyceride, D-pantothenyl alcohol, 6-benzyladenine, minoxidil, mononitroguaiacol, reticulin, an extract of Phellodendron amurense (preferably an alkaloid fraction) and the like, preferably in a proportion of about 0.001-5 wt.% based on the whole weight as an active ingredient. The daily dose of the medicine is preferably determined by using about 0.0001-10 g expressed in terms of an active ingredient as a standard.
