Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mobius' band saw blade, realizing practical cutting working by applying proper back component force at the time of cutting work ing, the manufacture of the blade, and a band saw machine.
SOLUTION: Cutting teeth T are synchronously provided toward the same direction on both the sides of a band barrel D, and the front and back sides of the surface of the band barrel D are made different in phase to be joined in a circumferential shape. Moreover, a flange 29 or a groove; being a part to be applied by back component force, wherein back component force is to be applied in the longitudinal direction of the barrel D in the front and back sides of the surface of the barrel D; is formed to be adopted as a Mobius' band saw blade MBL. In addition, a band saw machine is provided wherein the blade MBL can be used, and also the back component force can be applied from an upper part to the flange 29 or the groove, being a part to be applied the back component force, by a back component force adjusting member 27. Moreover, the blade MBL can be easily manufactured.
