Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mochi pounding device capable of reducing noise generated from a pounder-shaft plain bearing as much as possible, and the pounder-shaft plain bearing.SOLUTION: A high-speed continuous Mochi pounding device 100 includes a pounder-shaft plain bearing 60 that is attached to a bottom plate 1a of a housing 1 and slidably holding a pounder shaft 40 with a pounder head 30, at a tip end thereof. The pounder shaft plain bearing 60 includes: a first member 61a and a second member 61b that are divided in an axial direction; and adjusting/fixing mechanisms inserted into holes 63 formed at peripheral edges of the first member 61a and the second member 61b and adjustably fixing the first member 61a and the second member 61b with screws 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
