This read information is sent to a mode setting means 12, and set to a daily report embossing mode. Accordingly, a person is charge can set a mode even if he does not tap a character key, ten keys, etc., of a keyboard 19. In such a way, even if a professional person is charge is not present, anybody can set a mode, and also, even in the case the professional person in charge executes it, waste of time and labor can be saved.
